Districts are required to annually update employees who are directly affected by the Medicare Part D program. 

For districts that subscribe to a medical plan offered by SET SEG:

• SET SEG will send a Notice of Creditable Coverage to each district indicating whether their prescription drug coverage is deemed creditable. Districts are then required to provide a district-wide Creditable Coverage Disclosure Notice to all employees regarding the Creditable Coverage Program status of their prescription plan.
